RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Part-Furnished & with no particular theme or style.

  • Ground floor apartment situated to the rear of the building, lacking in natural light.

  • For a short period of time, the property had been used as a rental & showed signs of general wear & tear.

  • Vendors wanted to achieve a sale at the top-end of the market value range. 

  • To attract the right buyer & to achieve the vendors expected price range, it was advised that the property would need to be re-marketed & presented with a premium aesthetic.

  • Due to the property being empty whilst being marketed for sale, the vendors experienced a large financial loss in the up-keep of the property, thus making their budget for this project limited.

WORKS COMPLETED 

  • To stay on budget & to achieve the desired look we combined the use of new furniture with current pieces.

  • Installed additional lighting to the main areas of the property, combating the lack of natural light. 

  • Enhanced key features like the wooden flooring, by sanding & re-glossing.

  • Re-painted all the walls to rid of wear tear marks.

  • Professionally cleaned the whole of the property.

  • Fully staged & styled.

  • Full media pack with professional images & video.

  • Increased levels of interest when re-marketed.  

  • Doubled viewing ratio.

  • A sale achieved within 4 months. 

    (Restrictions surrounding the first lockdown initially slowed down the viewing process)
